:pinched_fingers:t2: Mental Health after 40 (i need it and you need it too)

:fire: Not to just live, but to live an energized life. Especially after 40.

Here is the honest fact from my personal experience: the heaviest weight we have to lift at this age is our own mood and apathy :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Training at that age is not about becoming huge and scary. This is about:

:white_check_mark: Release steam and clear the head of all the noise.
:white_check_mark: β€œBeing an energetic and productive man.”

Sport is my chief psychiatrist, mental sustainability coach and a good mood supplier in one package. And yes, it helps not to live these years, but to live them with energy :raised_fist:t2:
