The road to Olympia…
What is Olympia? It is the highest level bodybuilding tournament, once a year no more than 20 people from all over the world can qualify for the open category! In other categories, not much more. Millions of people now have access and opportunities to train, the standard of living in many countries allows them to engage in bodybuilding and compete! Of the tens of thousands of competitors, only a few hundred will get to Olympia - these are the chosen ones, with phenomenal genetics, discipline and perseverance! In recent decades, it has become much easier to get a professional card, but competing at Olympia is still incredibly difficult! That is why the difference is so great between those who have a pro card and those who compete at Olympia! As one of those who have a Pro card, I will not stop moving towards my goal, my dream, but I also want to warn many who, in pursuit of this dream, are deprived of the main resource in life - health! Every week we can see how young professionals die, it’s sad… I wish everyone to find a pro coach who can bring you to the genetic maximum while maintaining health!
