My experience using NAD+ zphc

NAD+ plays a pivotal role in cellular metabolism and is a co-substrate for enzymes that play key roles in pathways that modify aging. Thus, interventions that increase NAD+ may slow aspects of the aging trajectory, and there is great interest in methods for cellular NAD+ restoration. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme central to metabolism. Found in all living cells, NAD is called a dinucleotide because it consists of two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. One nucleotide contains an adenine nucleobase and the other, nicotinamide.

The optimal dosage for me is 100 mg of NAD+ before bed. It’s especially important before bed because it increases blood flow to the skin throughout the body. It may slightly lower blood pressure, similar to niacin. But unlike regular B3, NAD+ works for a very long time! When I wake up in the morning, my head feels refreshed and I don’t feel drowsy. I have excellent focus, no distractions, and my muscles feel more rested! My overall well-being noticeably improves, and I want to train more and more often! More than a dozen of my clients and friends have already recommended NAD+2500 zphc, and they are absolutely delighted with its results!

My Experience with TB 500 and BPC 157 / ZPHC

We are professional athletes and often train at our limits. Last week, I slightly injured my shoulder.
