You’ve probably heard that in bodybuilding, only 30% of success comes from training.
In fact, 70% is nutrition, and I would even say that it is more than 70%.
Why is that? Because every cell in our body is based on the nutrients we consume (proteins, fats, carbs).
So if we consume junk food, we start to feel like junk and look like junk.
If you think that nutrition in bodybuilding is bland, boring, and tasteless, and that it’s just rice and chicken breast, then you are very much mistaken.
