My name is Dennis Wolf “The Big Bad Wolf” World Champion 20005, 2x Arnold Classic Champion 2014 (USA&Europe).
Firmer top professional and 10x Olympian! Living life to make bodybuilding better since I retired, helping young athletes and those who want to be one! Spreading information based on my personal experience over a decade competing on the highest level on top stages around the world and Mr. Olympia.
Also staying healthy and look great at the age of 46 is the goal! I will share from now on everything with you, to motivate you and show you how to get in shape and stay in shape at any age!
