Bro split or pro split 🧐

Hello, everyone🫶

I know that many of you are interested in how pro train, and today I’ll tell you a little bit about what these workouts are based on.
You understand perfectly well that when it comes to professional bodybuilders, these are people who already have impressive muscle mass, so how is a training split formed in this case?
It is formed as follows: after the competitive season, when our bodies are as lean as possible, we take an objective look and see what is missing from the overall picture, so that during the muscle-gain period we can focus on that muscle group.
For example, my training split has been based on back training for several years now, meaning that I have been doing two back workouts a week for years because it was my back muscle that was missing from the overall picture.
In other words, there is no universal training plan; we are all very different, each with our own strengths and weaknesses.
What unites us is our love of bodybuilding, our ability to train hard, and our shared dream of kicking everyone’s ass at the Olympia. :shushing_face::relieved_face:
