Preparing for competitions is certainly not the easiest thing to do, with a diet that gets stricter every week. But even with a limited list of foods, you can always find a way to make it tasty and pleasing to the eye. I love getting aesthetic pleasure from food, and about five years ago, I decided that I didn’t want to eat anything that looked unappetizing but was very healthy. And having made this decision, I started looking for and coming up with recipes that fit perfectly into my daily bodybuilding routine, but at the same time look like something from a restaurant and taste delicious.
Today I decided to share with you one of my breakfast options
High protein apple oats
Ingredients: 50g oats
120g apple (grated)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
200g of Greek yogurt 0%
250g of egg whites
Just mix everything together and bake for 30 minutes at 200C till it puffs up. Also you can add something on the top.
