Hello Anonim101
And here’s my new post on this topic
I’d like to share my current training program with you. First, I want to mention that my recovery period has been successful. I started my training phase at the beginning of this week.
My current training split during this phase is as follows:
Day 1: Upper body
Day 2: Legs 1
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Push
Day 5: Pull
Day 6: Legs 2
Day 7: Rest
My goals are to improve my weak points and maintain a slim waist. My training plan is specifically designed to address my weaknesses. That means the focus is precisely on those areas.
My current stats and starting point:
Weight: 129 kg, Body Fat Percentage: 10%

How do you take care of your waistline? I saw on Instagram that you overcook semolina and oats quite a bit, which makes them more voluminous but also easier to digest, so it’s better for the waistline, and you also pay great attention to your training technique.

Hello Mayek999
Yes, exactly. Especially for bodybuilding athletes as heavy as me, it’s not easy to keep waistline lean. There are many methods, but you have to find the right one for you. Find what works for you. For example, for me, it doesn’t matter how much food I can eat. I simply do my abdominal routine every morning, plank and vacuum exercises. Of course, we shouldn’t forget that genetics plays a huge role.
best regards
