A cheat meal is when you consciously break your diet and eat a meal of, for example, a burger, pizza, and ice cream.

Because most people can already include all kinds of treats and goodies in their diet.

Cheat meals are suitable for professional bodybuilders as a super rare tool for psychological relief, because we are within certain limits all year round.

A carbs loading is when you intentionally increase the amount of carbs in your diet on a certain day or over few days.

A carbs loading is the most correct and appropriate way to help your body during a calorie deficit and a long diet. It is a carb loading that will replenish your glycogen stores and provide you with energy for further training.

Guys, there is one wonderful rule: any tool works perfectly if it is in the hands of a professional.

And when people start whining after two weeks that it’s time for a cheat meal, it’s just a sign that they’re not ready to change yet.
